Yoga Breakfast

Fruit on Cocktail Sticks

After a late night dancing until dawn at the Mustique summer party some members of the Mustique community decided to salute the sun in a slightly different way. Dr Michael prescribed a healthy dose of yoga and a delicious breakfast down at Lagoon beach to cure the hungover.

Yoga Class

A total of about 15 of the Pink House's favourite women of Mustique were led through a strong vinyasa flow by Mustique's very own private yoga trainer Charlotte Woolf. It was fantastic to see so many of the attendees decked out in the newly released Pink House activewear range, moving in synchrony under the shade of the yoga pavilion. Situated on the beach's edge, the pavilion looks on to a wide stretch of blue ocean, sparkling in the morning sun, whilst the waves lapping the shores of the beach provide a backing track to Charlotte's guided meditation.

Awakening from the Savasana we stepped out from under the pavilion looking much restored, if a little in need of some sustenance - swiftly provided in the form of a tropical breakfast. A menu of fresh local fruit and smashed avocado on rye flatbreads, sprinkled with toasted pine nuts and micro-greens greeted the guests at a table dressed in Pink House tablecloths. With all of the food and freshly squeezed fruit juice provided by Spring Valley Farm on St Vincent, it was a truly delicious, nutritious and local feast, for both the eyes and the taste buds.

Satisfied and set up for a wonderful day, the guests headed off in their mules back to their villas, or, unable to wait to get their hands on the new activewear collection, down to the Pink House!
